RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • With the original seal intact
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

You must contact us first before sending any items back.

Email us at info@gethumhum.com to request return authorization and receive detailed return instructions.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

To keep our products affordable and reduce unnecessary environmental impact, HumHum operates with a direct international fulfillment model. This means that products are shipped directly from our overseas suppliers to the customer.

As a result:

  • Approved returns must be shipped back to our international fulfillment partner
  • Return shipments are typically sent to our warehouse in Asia
  • Return shipping costs are therefore the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on location

By placing an order with HumHum, you acknowledge and accept that returns may require international shipping at your own expense.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
