Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven't received it within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly. If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to make changes.

How do I track my shipment?

Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find it, email us your order number and we'll send it again.

How do I change my subscription?

Log in to your account and go to "Manage Subscriptions." From there you can pause, skip, change frequency or cancel at any time. No contracts, no penalties. If you need help, email us and we'll handle it for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to 20+ countries across Europe, North America and beyond. Shipping times vary by destination — typically 2–5 business days within Europe and 5–10 business days internationally. Tracking is included on all orders.

Is HUM HUM safe during pregnancy?

While all our ingredients are generally recognised as safe, we always recommend consulting your doctor or midwife before taking any new supplement during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Your healthcare provider can review our full ingredient list and advise based on your individual needs.
